Easy-to-use, single push button meter for detecting faulty bearings in rotating machinery.

BECI ("Becky") BEARING CONDITION INDICATOR

BECI ("Becky") is a lightweight, easy-to-use meter which provides a reading of the condition of anti-friction bearings (ball, roller) and gears in machinery. Designed to ignore common machine vibrations generated by unbalance, misalignment, looseness, etc., its special circuitry looks only at high frequency vibrations normally associated with faulty gears and bearings.

BECI's color coded meter provides a reading when the specially designed probe tip is placed on the bearing cap of the machine being measured and the bright red "test" button is pressed. Relative bearing condition is indicated by both a "red, yellow, green" scale and a "0-5" reading. A single 9 volt battery will give approximately 120000 bearing test readings.

No knowledge of bearing geometry is required. BECI can be used by virtually anyone to help detect faulty bearings in machinery - before the failed bearing causes untimely, costly downtime.
